Your designer will get to work crafting a beautiful, strategic MySite. You’ll receive your first proof within 14 business days.

Revisions

Your order includes 1 round of revisions to perfect the look and feel. Need additional tweaks? We’ve got you—extra edits can be added for a small fee.

Go Live!

Once you approve your site, we’ll hit publish! From there, your $20/month hosting fee begins.

Here’s what’s included in your Custom MySite Design project:

Your Custom-Styled MySite, Built with Your Vagaro Content

Your custom-styled MySite includes all your Vagaro content synced directly from your account, including your business description, services, classes, memberships, packages, gift certificates, daily deals, products, gallery, facility details, staff bios, and customer reviews.

Optional Upgrades: Want additional content beyond the information in your Vagaro account? We can add extra pages too! Additional pages can be added for $50 per page.

Tailored to Your Brand

We’ll align the design, fonts, colors, and imagery to your brand vibe—so your website feels like you from the moment someone lands on it.

Streamlined Navigation & Functionality

We’ll optimize the layout, navigation, and structure of your site to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for your visitors.

Built Using Your Vagaro Content

Your site will be built using content pulled from your Vagaro Pro account, including:

1. Services, classes, memberships, and packages
2. Gift certificates
3. Business description and contact info
4. Venue gallery and staff bios

Note: If you want to include extra content (like additional photos, custom-written service descriptions, or unique sections), you’ll need to provide that before we begin your first draft.

Your Included Revisions

You’ll get 1 round of revisions, and you can use it anytime—even after your site is live.

Need more than one round? Additional revisions are just $50 per round. This covers updates to your existing layout and copy, but does not include new pages or content development.

Optional: Add Strategic Brand Copy for $100

Want help with the words on your homepage? We offer Strategic Brand Copy as an add-on for $100. This is perfect if you’re not sure what to say or how to say it. We’ll create polished, professional messaging that highlights your services, showcases your expertise, and reflects your brand voice—so visitors know they’re in the right place.

Complete Your Vagaro Profile

Your MySite pulls information from your Vagaro account, so it’s essential that everything is filled out and up to date—including your:

1. Business description
2. Staff bios
3. Service or class menu
4. Facility info

Need help? Our Support Team is happy to guide you or assist with transferring info from another software.

Add Your Photos

Photos bring your brand to life. Make sure your Venue Gallery or Portfolio is filled with high-quality images that show off your work.

Submit All Content Early

To avoid delays or extra fees, all your content must be submitted before we send the first proof. Late content may require layout changes—and that may come with an added cost.

Refund Policy

Once your first proof is delivered, your project is no longer eligible for a refund. We custom-build every MySite, so each project is unique and non-refundable after the design process begins.

Revisions Timeline

You also have up to 7 days to respond with feedback or approval. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll assume you’re happy and proceed with publishing your site.

Once published, you have 90 days from when your first proof is sent to redeem your 1 round of revisions (yes, even if your site is already published!).

By purchasing your Custom MySite Design, you confirmed that:

1. You’ll be charged for any optional upgrades or additional content you chose.
2. You’re responsible for providing your content before your first proof.
3. Content provided after your first proof may require additional fees. 
4. You’ll review your proof and respond within 7 days.
5. You get 1 round of revisions, to be used within 90 days.
6. No refunds are issued after the first proof is sent.
7. You agree to the above terms and to maintain timely communication throughout the project.
